Reyssi Travels acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for last-minute changes made by external suppliers such as airlines, hotels or carriers. Any additional charge for changes will be notified before it is applied.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package and the corresponding supplier. Specific details will be provided with the quote and before payment is made.
Reyssi Travels will charge an administrative fee on any applicable refund. No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of travel.
Reyssi Travels acts exclusively as an intermediary between the traveler and tourism service providers (airlines, hotels, operators, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses or incidents beyond our direct control.
Travelers are responsible for holding the required documentation (valid passport, visas, etc.) for the selected destinations.
All website content —including text, images, logos, graphics and design— is the property of Reyssi Travels or used under license. It may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written authorization.
